Alan wake codes with quantum break preorder and pc codes

I preordered the game April 4th when I got off the phone with support and was told I would still get the alan wake codes and the pc version and I preordered it about 8 9 or 10 and started the download. note that it said preorder before I purchased it and
on the Microsoft site it says that I bought it the 5th and that isn't correct. ive been calling support several times about it and haven't gotten closure on it. Please let me know ASAP, thanks. PS my gamertag is

Still Never received my Preorder codes from Quantum Break!!!

My GT: , I preorder Quantum Break back on April 4th 2016 and still never received my preorder code for Alan Wake American Nightmare or My Win 10 PC code of Quantum Break

 

Also I cancelled my gamestop preorder because I figured id get the pc version, the alan wake codes, and be able to play the game at midnight and i'm really hoping that i'll actually get them

 

According to twitter the codes are starting to be sent out this week so you should receive them soon.

I read about that but support thinks I didn't preorder it and I did. I seen a post on xbox live about the alan wake codes and I seen some people already got theirs
