I have been trying to get the download codes for Alan wake and it's dlc from the digital purchase of quantum break from the Xbox store. I have spoken with customer service twice, tried via the customer service chat and posted to the forum a couple days
ago. Almost got some help but no reply as of yet. I was told to try reposting to the forums and am hoping to get this issue resolved in a timely manner and not sure how to get this done since everyone I speak to is unable to help. I understand this is an ongoing
issue and the sticky thread says the issue has been resolved but here I am, understandably the thread was focused on the pre order bonuses but one would hope it covered all customers affected by this. Any help is welcomed, thanks in advance.

When did you purchase Quantum Break? To check the purchase date, head on over to the Microsoft Commerce page. Keep in mind that Alan Wake codes take 7-10 days to deliver after purchasing.

Hey there!

When did you purchase/redeem the Quantum Break code? In order to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare, you would have needed to redeem the digital code before April 4th, 2016 (or April 10th in US, Canada, and UK) to
be eligible. If the code was redeemed on your account after those dates, unfortunately you're not eligible to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare codes.

In regards to Alan Wake, did you purchase an Quantum Break Xbox One bundle, or did you purchase a digital code for Quantum Break? That will help us a bunch.

The codes for Quantum Break on Windows 10, Alan Wake game, The Writer DLC and The Signal DLC will be sent within 7 to 10 days after launch. It was stated in the item description before you purchase or pre-order the game.

Players who pre-ordered Quantum Break will receive the following via their message center:

•Alan Wake’s American Nightmare (Xbox 360 Backwards Compatible version)

•Alan Wake (Xbox 360 Backwards Compatible version)

•Alan Wake : The Writer DLC (for Alan Wake on Xbox 360)

•Alan Wake : The Signal DLC (for Alan Wake on Xbox 360)

•Quantum Break on Windows 10

So you should be able to receive all the codes by this week. If not, please post again to this forum section so our promotions support team can further assist you.

I am having the same issue. I just spoke with support and they referred me to this forum. I preordered Quantum Break on Xbox one on April 4th. As of today, April 15th, I have not received any codes for Alan Wake, Alan Wake American Nightmare, or Quantum
Break for PC.

Xbox support did not help with this issue and only sent me here.
