Alan Wake code with Quantum Break purchase

I bought Quantum Break on Xbox One on April 7th, and a big factor in what made me buy it was the free copy of Alan Wake. I did a lot of research online and saw to post here if it has been later than 10 days and have not received the code yet. Today makes
it 11 days, I have not received any messages or emails with codes for the game. Would like to know when and if I will ever get the codes. I have not talked to support yet because I figured there are enough people that are pretty mad about this, I didn't want
to add to it.

Free Alan Wake American Nightmare code with digital purchase of Quantum Break

I bought Quantum Break 24 days ago but have not received the Alan Wake American Nightmare. But I received Alan Wake and Quantum Break PC codes.



Date of Purchase: 3/31/2016.

just wondering when I'll be receiving my digital codes for Quantum Break Windows 10, Alan Wake and Alan Wake American Nightmare for XB1 from my preorder purchase of Quantum Break on April 4????
