Alan Wake code with purchase of a new copy of Quantum Break : This code has already been used

Hello,

Three days ago, I purchased a physical copy of Quantum Break (from Micromania, France).

Inside the game's box, there was a code to download the game Alan Wake (and his two dlc).

But when I tried to enter the code I obtained the message : This code has already been used.

(The copy of Quantum Break I purchased was a new one, so the code should work. I've never entered this code before)

No Alan Wake code after purchasing Quantum Break - 3 weeks ago

Hello I purchased Quantum Break 3 weeks ago and still have not received my code of Alan Wake? It stated in the description that the purchase of Quantum Break included a copy of Alan Wake. It has been 3 weeks and no code. thanks

Still not receive Alan wake American nightmare and windows 10 Quantum Break code

Don't receive my messages to get my Windows 10 copy of Quantum Break code and Alan wake American nightmare code. Only received the Alan wake for Xbox360.

If possible can send me Windows 10 Quantum Break code and Alan wake American nightmare code.

You would need to contact the retailer for an exchange.

When did you purchase/redeem the Quantum Break code? In order to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare, you would have needed to redeem the digital code before April 4th, 2016 (or April 10th in US, Canada, and UK) to
be eligible. If the code was redeemed on your account after those dates, unfortunately you're not eligible to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare codes.

In regards to Alan Wake, did you purchase an Quantum Break Xbox One bundle, or did you purchase a digital code for Quantum Break? That will help us a bunch.

Hi, I ordered Quantum Break via amazon on 4th april and i didnt receive the alan wake +02 dlc code and the quantum break pc code, also i want to return a code for Alan wake American Nightmare that ir received today, cause i already got the code and its a
mistake, so you can use it with someone else

Codes for Alan Wake American Nightmare will be sent 7-10 days after you purchased the game. So it hasn't been enough time for you to receive that code yet. Codes for Alan Wake and the other DLC will be sent 7-10 days after Quantum Break is released.

More info: I purchased Quantum Break via Xbox on February 12. Quantum Break has installed. Alan Wake for Xbox 360 was given free as a pre-order bonus. I never received any code for it, and it has not been added to "My Games" list.

I apologize, thought that I had mentioned it in the original post. The code that I have not received is for Quantum Break on Windows 10, and now that I think about it, I have not gotten the codes for Alan Wake, or American Nightmare as well. I purchased
Quantum Break though the store during the promo to get the game on Windows 10 along with the Alan Wake games for BC, but have not received anything as of yet, and it has been 10 days since I purchased....
