    Alan Wake Code Still Not Received


    I was instructed by customer service to contact you to get my code for Alan Wake because I still have not received it and after speaking to Amazon, Xbox, and now this, I'd just like the code and to get on with my (now starting to feel a little pathetic)
    life. Yes, I've checked my messages. No, I didn't preorder, I got the game on May 19. Thanks!

    I received my Alan Wake code yesterday. Still have not received the Window 10 code.

    Quantum Break, Still Waiting to Receive the Preorder codes

    I Pre-Ordered Quantum break and have not received any of the codes. I Still have not Received the codes for Alan Wake, Alan Wake: American Nightmare and Quantum Break on Windows 10. I was told to post the issue here.
