Alan Wake Code still not delivered yet!

Please advise when I will receive this code. Bought QB from XboX online store the day it came out but still no code delivered!!! What's going on with this? Seems like a right balls up with false advertising and no update sent to us. I trust we will all receive
some compensation as well?! Thanks.

Not Received Any Quantum Break Digital Pre-order Codes

◾Alan Wake's American Nightmare (Delivered 7-10 days after purchase)

◾Alan Wake + The Signal & The Writer DLC (Delivered soon after Quantum Break's release)

◾Quantum Break for Windows 10 (Delivered soon after Quantum Break's release)

well I paid $60 on the 3/3/16 and I have not received any codes for Alan wake.

as for windows 10 version, "Soon After Release" is not much help.

I have just been chatting with Xbox Live Support, and I was referred to post a thread regarding the codes for Alan Wake, and Alan Wake's American Nightmare have yet to be delivered for my Quantum Break pre-purchase. The transaction was completed on 2/19/2016
and the codes are yet to be delivered to my message center.
