Alan Wake code redemption issue: Any updates on root cause/fix?

I am attempting to redeem an Alan Wake code and continually met with a generic XBOS-4000 error code. I contacted XBOX Support, which routed me here. The agent I spoke to also noted that there appears to be an issue with the codes not linking back to the
content. I'm not sure if that is official, but I'd like to hear from staff what may be going on.

Quantum Break Promo Code

I purchased Quantum Break on May 16, 2016 and was supposed to receive a digital download redemption code for Alan Wake and it dlc. I have not received any redemption codes.

 

Quantum Break, Still Waiting to Receive the Preorder codes

I Pre-Ordered Quantum break and have not received any of the codes. I Still have not Received the codes for Alan Wake, Alan Wake: American Nightmare and Quantum Break on Windows 10. I was told to post the issue here.

 

Would love to hear an update as well. Still have had zero luck with my code even though support agents have said it's legit

 

It would be nice if Microsoft addressed this problem that has been occurring for over 48 hours now.
