    Alan Wake code needed after pre-order of Quantum Break. This is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to go a forum for my resolution after contacted customer support. I should go back to PS4.

    Not received codes for pre ordering Quantum Break

    I pre ordered quantum break and was supposed to receive codes for alan wake, alan wakes american nightmare and a windows 10 copy of quantum break, it has now been 2 weeks and still no codes, I have contacted customer support and they told me to post on here
    so my problem will be resolved.

    Hey there, Support is investigating the issue with users not receiving their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break. All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information.
