Alan Wake Code Issues

Hi Promotions Team,

When I redeem my alan wake code I get the following error. XB Support have checked the code and confirmed its not been redeemed, but I get this error whenever I try to redeem it.

Quantum Break Preorder Codes

Still got no Alan Wake: American Nightmare code, as well as Alan Wake and Quantum Break Win 10 codes

 

Alan Wake American Nightmare Missing

Pre Ordered Quantum Break on March 16th. I received Alan Wake code, but never got the code for Alan Wake: American Nightmare.

A common issue when digital games cannot be redeemed is that the gamer's account region does not match their actual physical region. Are you sure that yours match?

 

I have the same problem, I have few codes for sale, and until yesterday all was good. Yesterday whole day my buyers were complaining that they can not redeem the codes.?

Something is wrong here...

 

I purchased it in the UK, I live in the UK, my xbox account UK, don't see how it could possibly be a region issue.

Its not a regional isssue, it is something wrng from Xbox service...they need to fix this asap..
