Alan Wake code from Quantum Break XB1 Bundle says Try the code again. We couldn't find the ...

Hey all, I just got the Quantum Break XB1 bundle at midnight (around 15 hours ago). I am trying to redeem my Alan Wake code but it is giving me the above error message. I have tried numerous times in the past few hours, tried redeeming through xbox.com and
no dice. What can I do to get my game and content?

14 Day Xbox One Trail

When I wanted to my 14 day trail on Xbox one it says "We couldn't find the code you entered. Check the code and then try entering it again."

I tried again and it says that again!

Please help me.

Normally there will be a specific error code you get in the bottom right part of the error screen, could you check if there is an error code and post it back? This will narrow down the exact issue!

 

I am extremely sorry for the late reply, school is certainly a drain sometimes. I just tried it about 10 minutes before this post and I got the same message. It says what I have in my title plus this:

Could you give it another shot? Some users experiencing similar issues have reported back saying they were able to redeem the code. If the code doesn't work, please send me the code in a private message so we can take a deeper look.

Hey Mister Beep, I had sent you a private message and I understand you are probably busy. How would I know that I received a reply from you? Also, in addition to my code not working (which i have also tested on the Windows 10 Xbox app AND the Website, still
getting TSM4000), I have also not received my Windows 10 download code for my PC. When would I be getting that? It has been a few weeks.
