Alan Wake code for Quantum Break purchase

It has been a week or more, and I have contacted Xbox support twice regarding the issue of never receiving my code for Alan Wake. Was told that if I did not have it by today to contact again, which I just did, only to be told to post a complaint here to
" be sure to get it imediately."

Quantum Break Preorder Digital Codes???

just wondering when I'll be receiving my digital codes for Quantum Break Windows 10, Alan Wake and Alan Wake American Nightmare for XB1 from my preorder purchase of Quantum Break on April 4????

please help! Thanks

 

Free Alan Wake American Nightmare code with digital purchase of Quantum Break

I bought Quantum Break 24 days ago but have not received the Alan Wake American Nightmare. But I received Alan Wake and Quantum Break PC codes.



Date of Purchase: 3/31/2016.

 

The codes for Alan Wake and the Windows 10 version began going out on launch day. You should receive them within 7-10 days of that. If after the 10 days (April 15th) you still do not have your codes you can repost here and Support will assist you.

To clarify, the codes for Alan Wake are sent out 7-10 days after your purchase. If it hits 11 days after you purchased, which you can check when that was on
commerce.microsoft.com, then please post up a new thread so that we can look into it further. Thanks for understanding!
