Alan Wake code doesn't work.

The Code included in the Xbox One Bundle with Quantum Break(It Work) + Alan Wake(Not work), Can't be redeemed. It only says "See the instructions included with the code. You may have to redeem on another website"

Purchased the Quantum Break / Alan Wake bundle and the alan wake code doesn't work. I put in the code and it says I need to redeem the code on another website. How do I get the code to work on my Xbox One?

 

I have two Xbox 360 codes for trade (Fallout 3 and Alan Wake)

I got a code for Dark Souls 1 op that im down to give you for Alan Wake

if the code works ill send you the DS code.

 

Does it give you any kind of error code (and if so, what)? Have you tried on both the console and the website? Does your account region match your physical location?

 

There is no error code, My region it's the same(MX,location MX,language MX), I tried in both Xbox.com and on the Console, I change the Console Region to US,UK and still the same way.

It only says "See the instructions included with the code. You may have to redeem on another website." on console and Xbox.com
