Alan wake bc code and dlc codes never received

Alan wake bc code and dlc codes were never received, was told I'd received when the game became available on Xbox one, but I see it's available now through Xbox live store now.. Is there anyway to get my codes sent to me to resolve this please..

Quantum Break PC code and Alan Wake codes not yet received

To add more details i have purchased on April 4th 2016 IST

I am expecting the following codes

Alan Wake (Xbox 360 BC version)

Alan Wake " The Writer DLC

Alan Wake "The Signal DLC"

Quantum Break on Windows 10

 

Alan Wake American Nightmare Missing

Pre Ordered Quantum Break on March 16th. I received Alan Wake code, but never got the code for Alan Wake: American Nightmare.

 

Actually, per the terms of the offer, those codes should be sent 7-10 days after Quantum Break is released.

 

I was told this through customer support due to my alan wake all American nightmare code bein late... But thank you for pointin out the agreement that would've been helpful had I not known that already

 

I jus yesterday received a second all American nightmare code, which I believe was an error when actually I was supposed to get the code for the real alan wake game

 

Hey, paterna1! Smwutches is correct. You received a second American Nightmare code because you didn't receive your original one due to an error on our end. This resulted in a few customers receiving 2 codes if they posted on this forum.

You will receive your Alan Wake code 7-10 days after Quantum Break releases. Thanks for understanding!
