Alan Wake backward problem

HI there!

I bought a few months ago Quantum Break, great game btw, and had the voucher inside it to download Remedy's first game, Alan Wake. It worked fine on One, I have it in my games.

I'm trying to download it on my 360,that I left at my girlfriend's house, but it's not working : on 360 store I am not offered to dl it, and if I try the code it's telling me that it's used already. Which is true, of course, but by me on my account. Even if
I go to ms store on computer it's telling me that I own te game, but not offering me to download it on 360, only One.

Any reason for that? Thanks for the help

Have you checked your download history? settings - account - download history, scroll down to the game, then select it and start the download.

 

Hi! I assume you made sure you are signed in with the correct profile? What options do you see when searching for the game in the Xbox 360 marketplace? I'd suggest to try signing out and in again in order to see if that fixes the issue.

Also keep in mind that there are two different Alan Wake titles (a full price game + 'Alan Wake's American Nightmare' which is an arcade title).

 

Do you get the option to install it when signed in and visiting the following link?

I had troubles installing it on a new Xbox (I also had the Quantum Break voucher), and the link I’ve provided is what worked for me.

So if it's not coming up on the Xbox 360, then I would suggest trying redownload your account to your console and see if that helps you out. Try the steps here for instructions

How to add or remove an Xbox profile on Xbox 360.

If that doesn't work, maybe your console is not updating the way that it should.

Try Solution 7 (because that's the fastest) on our page
Troubleshoot problems with an update to your Xbox 360 console.
