I have bought quantum break game and as a bonuss received alan wake and alan wake american nightmare game codes. But they doesnt redeem. Support couldnt help me after 2 attempts to it. Support even sended me worldwide code instead of us code. Please resolve
this situation.

No code. It writes something went wrong. And in the right bottom corner writes xbos-0x80154017.

xbos-0x80154017 is your error code. That code usually means it's a region issue. What is your Xbox account region and where are you physically located? You can get that error if the 2 don't match or if you live in a region where the games are not available.

 

My region is russia. But i live in latvia, baltic states. I think i dont have an option to chose latvia as a region.

 

That would be the issue then. Since Latvia is not a supported region, the games would not have been made available for download in your country.

 

It is first time when i have such a problem. I have bought games online till this moment. Can you resolve this? I have 2 games which i cant play.

 

There is no way around region locking. Since you live in a non-supported region, you will have issues downloading certain games. Not all games are region locked which is why you have been able to download games before.
