Alan Wake American Nightmare Code Yet To Be Received

To whom it may concern,

I pre-ordered Quantum Break from the Xbox One console's digital marketplace. I had cancelled a physical order of the game due to the American Nightmare game being changed due to age restrictions (to a game I already own). Admittedly I should have ordered
via the console sooner, but I would have preferred a physical copy so continued to look around incase somewhere would supply Alan Wake American Nightmare with the copy of Quantum break. Technically it was release day (05/APR/2016) in the UK when I ordered
the game as it had just gone past midnight when I was checking the marketplace.

However, the game was still listed under coming soon, and on inspection of the product description, the pre-order incentives were still advertised as well. While being more expensive that retail copies I was after the additional game as well so pushed on
with the order. Even after the order had gone through the game was still being listed under coming soon.

I have waited and waited and only recently (22/APR) was the original Alan Wake game code sent to me - this being bundled with all orders - not exclusive to preorders.

I am currently very disappointed by the situation and am hoping you can look into this on my behalf?

I only went ahead with the digital order as the content was still being advertised and significant amounts of money could have been saved through purchasing a physical copy.

Still not receive Alan wake American nightmare and windows 10 Quantum Break code

Don't receive my messages to get my Windows 10 copy of Quantum Break code and Alan wake American nightmare code. Only received the Alan wake for Xbox360.

If possible can send me Windows 10 Quantum Break code and Alan wake American nightmare code.

If you purchased on April 5th, 2016, you're only eligible for Alan Wake code. Unfortunately we're unable to provide American Nightmare and the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break due to the purchase taking place after the promotion ended.
