    Popped up on my Xbox 360 I got for X-Mas under Registration beta, when I put my son's Xbox Live card in????? It is under his Xbox Live subscription, under the account page.

    Xbox 360 Preview Program

    My console is enabled for the preview program. It says on the Customer Support menu:

    Where do I go for help?

    But when I go there it says "Group not found".

    I suggest checking your settings. If you are a minor and do not have access to the control setting, please speak with your parents to make the changes.

    Your changes should be made in the Privacy / Security area at the top of your screen in your MS account
