comprar eles eu consigo, Nao consigo alterar a foto do meu perfil usando uma foto personalizada aparece a seguinte mensagem '' Voce precisa ser mais velho'' sendo que eu ja sou maior de idade. Alguem pode solucionar esse caso?

active Service Alert meaning some of our Core Services are currently limited so this could be caused by that. That being said what you are describing does sound like your account may be set up as a child account. This means you would have to sign into an
adult account that would be responsible for adjusting the child accounts settings.

Change your child’s Xbox privacy and online safety settings. If you are convinced that your account is an adult account then you may want to review your

Privacy and online safety settings.

We recommend starting a new family. What this means is making a dummy
Microsoft Account and add the current account to it as an adult, once that is done then modify the

Privacy and Online Settings for the original account. Now we understand this seems a bit confusing so we also recommend

Requesting a Callback from one of our Xbox Support Specialists so we can do this in a step by step manner. Give it a shot and let us know if we can further assist in this or any other matter!

 

So I said the call with the support and they said that my account is linked as a child, so I never linked anything as a child and they said that I would have to wait until one day that the account became adult, so I created the account with a date of birth
that today in the current year is of age, in the end they let me literally screw myself, did not solve my case

trying to correct this situation. We would be frustrated too if we could not change our gamerpics or get games with gold. Try to check the birthdate on the
Your info page on
our website. This will show what the age is for the account. If this is in fact a child account then the birthdate was changed later, it would do no good.

Side Note:
changing the birthdate on this page will not adjust the age on the Xbox Profile; it may cause issues for the account. An effective option would be to fill out the
Age verification form.
You can submit proof of age by filling out the Age verification Request.



After submitting this form, you’ll receive confirmation and follow-up emails. Instructions on how you can monitor the status of your request will be included. Please do not submit
multiple requests. You can expect an email response within 3 days.
