Estou com um problema com o meu Xbox One (Versão Fat), estou sendo desconectado aleatoriamente quando estou jogando online, já fiz diversos testes tais como resetar o Modem da operadora, restaurar o XBOX ONE para padrão de fábrica, já até reinstalei osistema
do Xbox One e o problema persiste, já troquei o Modem da operadora as portas com Xbox Live estão todas abertas no roteador já fiz o teste de portas

Já fiz praticamente de tudo, minha operadora é a NET Vírtua observação eu não estou dentro do CGNAT, Eu tenho um IP público então consigo abrir as portas normalmente., mas o mais estranho é que este problema está ocorrendo nos dois modos de conexão tantousando
o Wi-Fi ou Cabo de rede.

Existe algum teste que eu possa fazer na rede do Xbox One? Será que é algum erro de atualização, problema nos drivers de rede do console algum problema físico no hardware? porque até aonde eu sei posso estar errado as placas de rede do Xbox são separadasa
com fio e a sem fio são duas placas distintas, será que as duas iam dar o mesmo defeito ao mesmo tempo?

desculpe o tamanho do texto é que queria deixar bem claro já todo o procedimento que eu fiz.

Vou tentar no suporte também, mas Infelizmente meu aparelho já está fora da garantia, e vi aqui na comunidade que outras pessoas têm problemas semelhantes, parece que foi depois da atualização de Setembro que isso começou acontecer, por isso estou na dúvida

We suggest to clear the Network Card Cache (alternate MAC address) since there could be some corrupt data on there.

To clear the MAC address:

Settings

Network

Network Settings

Advanced Settings

Alternate MAC Address

Clear and Restart

Give these steps a shot and let us know how it goes!
