Air Missions Trial - Xbox Store says I own it, but not available to install???

Hi

I ran the trial some 5-6 years ago, but so buggy that I uninstalled it.

Now when I were to see if bugs fixed, it says I own it already.

And it is not available in Library or whatever it was called.

Where I see stuff I uninstalled, this is not available.

Seems status of this needs fixing somehow

a) either fix so available to run trial again

b) remove my former status that this is owned so I can install again

I hardly buy it without checking out again first.

It's a good idea to try another avatar or account, not sure I understand the difference.

I played the trial a few years ago aswell. Its a good game however i believe the free trial has a time limit and it cannot be replayed after it expires. I would have liked to have tried it again as i quite enjoyed it. Maybe if you have another account, you can play it on that.

Hello again, do not believe you can download the Trial version again, once you have already tried, what may be happening is some bug in the system regarding the license of the game since you actually did not buy the game.

Try doing the procedure below to see if it returns to normal.

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > system > console > system

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note - You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

No license is listed among orders.

Xbox Store only says Buy or Free Trial, download now.

If I press Free Trial, it says "looks like you already own this, go to games and apps..." and so forth.

Checked now, and nothing on ready to install, and this is not listed among hidden either.

So maybe it's trialcount is '1', but should then say nothing about running trial.

Hello BookishFlunky90, this is really weird, but you can confirm in two ways, the first is to click on the link below and look in your purchase history to see if you actually have the license of the in-game.

The second would be on your Xbox to search for the game in the store and see if it lets install the normal version other than the Trial.
