Aiming on my account feels sluggish

For the past few years, I started to notice that my aim really started to slow down. I tried getting new controllers, and different TVs I even changed my router multiple times and I always feel like my aim is too slow. I didn't think much of it and tried to cope with it as much as I could until I made an entirely new account and everything felt perfect. I don't know if there is some sort of setting I may have accidentally switched on over the 8 years that I had the account that may have something to do with this because I have very intensely compared the two accounts with the same settings in different games and all the results show the newer account feels much better. while I played the game I would switch accounts mid-game causing my controller to switch what account it was assigned to as well and even though I was playing as the old account it felt right because my controller was assigned to the newer account. This discovery has left me very confused and I have no idea where to look to fix this.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

It is indeed odd but we just need to perform troubleshooting steps.

Kindly remove and re-add your account to fix the issue.

REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

ADD ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email address and the password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.

I have this issue on multiple games while using the same sensitivity on both my main and new account.

Thats probably is a perception situation, or different display settings in game, like for example, having a different FOV, that would make the aim feel different, but outside the games the controllers don't have a sensibility settings, unless you are using an elite controller, but if that's the case the settings on the controller remains the same across all accounts

This is on an specific game? Usually this means that you have changed the sensitivity on the game settings, and that you need the predetermined configuration on that game, as that's the one your new account will have
