I understand that your controller may have been working fine, please be guided that there are controllers that are verified that should work with cloud gaming.

If your controller is not listed, there may be an issue with the compatibility. This is the reason why I ask you to reach out with your controller's manufacturer maybe they have a work around on this.

You may also try to get assistance from Epic Games since this is an in-game related issue.

Please also be guided that Xbox Cloud games are still in beta testing and we are constantly working to improve their performance and stability. Some issues may arise during this phase, but rest assured that our team already knows them and is doing their best to resolve them as soon as possible. I can see that the previous suggestion we provided did not rectify your concern. I would like to ask if you were able to contact the controller manufacturer and get assistance from them?

Both consoles feature aim assist...There's no difference beside individual skill.
