    Boa noite. Registrei um sensor kinect com defeito e recebi um nº de pedido, porém, até agora não fui contatado pela DHL, que em tese seria a empresa que recolheria o sensor.

    Como devo proceder?

    Como percebi que vocês tiveram que traduzir para o inglês para poderem responder, preferi redigir o post em ingles, para que representasse efetivamente o que eu queria dizer.

    Dear,

    Since I realizes that you had to translate to English so that you could answer, I decided to write the post in English so that it could really means what I wanted to say.

    I am very sad to see that MS DIDN'T understand what I was talking about, since I REALLY DOUBT that anyone from MS have read my post on www.reclameaqui.com.br (since I guess none from this area speak Portuguese... if you need me to translate to English, fell
    free to ask).

    I am also sad that MS is making me feel that they don't care about their customers, which will be explained in a bit..

    Since you didnt see my post at Reclame Aqui, I MUST tell you that I REFFUSE the 10 dollar deposit made to my account, because I think its DISRESPECTFULL, and it´s just a way of making people LITERALLY "SHUT UP" about what happened.

    I am willing to discuss a solution, so that I can play Fallout 4, since i have a buyer´s receipt (from MS) saying that I have successfully "bought" the game (for the price offered, in this case "zero").

    I tried to explain (in my Reclame Aqui complain) that MS has already sold games for "zero" before, and it makes it perfectly POSSIBLE that Fallout 4 COULD BE one of this cases. What I want to prove here is that I did NOT want to take any UNFAIR advantages
    from MS (I only want what they offered me)

    Going further, since I CANT re-sell the game (because it would be linked to my account) nor can I sell my account, it proves that I DON´T WANT to make any PROFIT from it.

    What I really want is to PLAY THE GAME.

    It´s really important to say that I want to solve this problem in a nice and friendly way (without having to seek Legal ways). Following this idea, I suggested a WIN-WIN SOLUTION, that basically is:

    - MS gives me access to the game (full game, with all DLCs, the same I "bought") with the condition that I MUST HAVE LIve Gold. (if I dont renew my Live Gold, I loose this condition till I sign again). In a simpler way, consider Fallout 4 (game + DLCs) like
    a "Games with Gold" for me.

    I really think it woud be better if you can contact me over the phone if you have any doubts in my suggestion.
