    Sorry to hear it. Sometimes you have to scroll through the terms before you can accept. Try scrolling down using the L/R thumbsticks or D-Pad

    A long shot, but have you checked if you are able to promote the account (to an adult account) in the account settings?

    - Go to Settings, and then select Account.

    - Select Promote Child Account.
