Στις 06/11/2018 έκανα, την παραπάνω παραγγελία. Δεν χρησιμοποιήθηκε - εξαργυρώθηκε ποτέ

Στις 17/01/2019 εγκατέστησα στον υπολογιστή το παιχνίδι Fortnite, περιμένοντας πως η παραγγελία θα είναι ακόμα σε ισχύ.

Τι λάθος έχω κάνει;

[Translation - On 06/11/2018 I made the above order. Not used - never redeemed .
On 17/01/2019, I installed the Fortnite game on my computer, waiting for the order to remain in place.

Thank you for reaching out! I see you purchased a V-Bucks bundle but have not received them. If you haven't already, please try

removing and re-adding your account. Once you have logged back in to Fortnite, check for the V-Bucks and if you don't see them on there, contact us at
Xbox Support. Cheers

If you purchased this using your Microsoft account, the content will be part of your Microsoft account and cannot be transferred. Due to the mistake in purchasing, you may be able to

request a refund for it, or speak to
Xbox Live Support to see what other options may be available.

I have got an order number for the above as I ordered and paid for it via my microsoft account. I bought it for my grandson for xmas. But how do I get it onto his xBox. I have not downloaded it.
