your best bet is to just block communications with them, you get those that take competition to far or sour losers, Its a shame because some people dont realise that children play online and they dont want to hear these things.

Daft is correct, I mean taking 'immediate' action isn't really possible either unless there was some sort of automated investigation but then we would see people complaining that they got unfairly banned by a bot, because unless the PET expanded to cater
for the 1000's of reports to instantly take action on, that is the only logical outcome. I think the current method works just fine but in retrospect I appreciate the position some of you are in.

You have become frustrated by another user and the anger they give you grouped with the anticipation of wanting them dealt with makes some a little impatient when they still see the same players wreaking havoc the next day. Patience is key and the tools
available to avoid said players are at your disposal to ignore them whilst the PET take care of the rest.

It's worth keeping in mind that if users harass you online then they may well get a communications suspension, which isn't something you would find out about unless the player themselves told you about it. So in a lot of these circumstances, it could be
a case of enforcement has been dished out but no one is any the wiser to it.

You can't report anyone via the forums.The only way to report someone is via your console.
