"Overly aggressive"? Really? Would you like to quote one of my aggressive posts?
None of the above, just a gamer who isn't daft enough to think that Microsoft, or Sony for that matter will be stupid enough to block used games, we all know it is suicide, yet many thinks Sony and Microsoft think it's a great idea. Also just a gamer who accepts that as consoles (and other gadgets for that matter) evolve, more and more functionality will be added, like it or not.

You can't report anyone via the forums.The only way to report someone is via your console.

It was me who removed the Gamertag from your opening post. As already stated it is against the rules to name and shame on the forums. Filing via the console will send a report off to the PET (Enforcement Team) whom will conduct a very thorough investigation
and take the necessary action once they reach a conclusion. The above advice posted is accurate.

Calm down Elite... the irony is you are complaining about someone harassing you and you harass those you ask about how to deal with someone harassing you... >rereading< yup that says what I want to it.

 

I really can't blame XeSniper for being a lil upset.. I went through the whole 1 hour ordeal of MS xb support sending me here to file a compliant.. even though i threw it out to the op that posting gamertags [since i didn't frequent this forum much] wasn't
usually allowed.... I had three "gamers" surround me in World of Tanks and lodge me in between their vehicles and try and push me into the opposing teams sight.. of which I took pictures since my cell was handy to capture the moment... I'm used to the occasion
kid that gets a bug in his bottom... I "submitted" the cookie cutter compliant via the 'box.. which is lame as far as reporting serious offenders. Honestly since MS takes these people's money too, I can see why there is such a "lapse in communications" between
support and the forums in an other wise flawless support system... I've gotten great support on EVERYTHING.... upto reporting these foul little creatons.. I don't see how MS is going to go back to that game and pull up the incident in question.. Ergo I place
no faith in the ability or statements any company in the business of MMO's in curbing on-line harassment.. But I can say as a consumer that is just about "over" the in-ability to exact a proper compliant, I'm quickly becoming tired of the stuff Ya gotta go
out in the real world.. only to sit down and try to unwind in a game, and 1 out of every 5 there is some "clan" or group out doing things to other gamers, to end up more tense and irritated AND paying 10 bills a month for it!

Unfortunately these people are on the service, same as everyone else. Some kids will just have some fun and I lose count at how many people have blocked me in a corner with a riot shield. As frustrating as it can be, to them, its just fun. Not grounds for
enforcement though, they are just being unsporting. If however they harass, then yeah, that's grounds for a hammer slap

 

your best bet is to just block communications with them, you get those that take competition to far or sour losers, Its a shame because some people dont realise that children play online and they dont want to hear these things.

 

Play nice. rules are rules but for you newer players it is conducive if us older players teach the new instead of slamming them to the ground. We all know we have or almost have come up against an aggressive player., one who will hunt you down until you
leave the session often the AP will follow you one reason why I do not like Xbox being attached to Facebook or other. Another wrong is not shaming bad players. I am on one of my sports cards sites and yes we shame them by posting they are ban by screen name
so don't give the impression you can't shame bad players when other websites do post bad player screen names. It is only this site that doesn't like doing it because out of fear of losing paid customers if too many bad players would be posted on the MB every
day it would cost customers to leave Xbox live. Therefore, follow the Kings (MS) rules, don't rock this boat, play the way they want you to or leave, it is simple as that.

 

I actually sympathize with elite sniper, see I believe he and I are in the same boat and here is why he came here to the forums: He follows procedure and the problem keeps occurring with nothing being done to resolve the issue.

I, well me and more than a few thousand players, are tired of doing the same routine: we get hacked/griefed/harassed and we file a complaint, the offender does this to about 20 more players who most likely do the same thing and the offender still roams free
online to forever be a diuchebag and muck up our experience.

We the players who are wronged, we who play the games and respect the rules and code of conduct, demand that offenders face digital retribution IMMEDIATELY after complaints have been filed. I remember a time when there was a player that managed to garner
the hatred of 150 xbox live players, they all filed complaints ranging from System Tampering down to Harassment, this player was never banned or even suspended. So I ask, while you impose your rules on those of us who just need help, why is it that you ignore
players who blatantly and knowingly violate both the terms of use and code of conduct set forth by your company policy? What is wrong with you?
