    you can't once set the age of an account cannot be changed till you turn 18

    once set an age of a gamertag cannot be changed till it reaches 18

    then you can promote to adult account

    Sorry, there's nothing you can do about your age. Some developers have strict regulations regarding online play and age restrictions.
