    Hey, Microsoft administration I would like to change the age of my Microsoft account I am older than 13 and have accidentally somehow put my account as under 13 how do I fix this situation please someone help I'm tired of playing only solo on Fortnite
    because I can't play with other players along side on my xbox1. Thank You

    How to change my Account from child to Adult?

    NOTE the age of the account has to be 18 in order to promote it, if your age is lower than your real age you will have to wait til the age of the account is 18, even if your are over 18 the age of the account has to be over 18, and there is NO way to change
    the age if you entered it wrong.

    once set an age of a gamertag cannot be changed till it reaches 18

    then you can promote to adult account

    Sorry, there's nothing you can do about your age. Some developers have strict regulations regarding online play and age restrictions.
