    The age on your Microsoft account may be able to be changed but does not affect your xbox profile whatever date of birth was put on the account when it was originally set up is the date of birth that will be on the xbox profile.

    Now if your sister went in and changed settings on your xbox console so that you could only play like games that were for kids under 10 then you would need to go into your settings and make that change.

    once set an age of a gamertag cannot be changed till it reaches 18

    then you can promote to adult account

    Sorry, there's nothing you can do about your age. Some developers have strict regulations regarding online play and age restrictions.
