    i am in korea and just got an xbox and trying to add an account but it asks to verify my age. When i click confirm my age this korean website comes us and i have no idea how to get around it!! Please can someone help me!!!!!

    It's not possible to change the age of an account once it has been created.

    Changing your date of birth using a credit card on account.microsoft.com does not change it on your Xbox account.

    Hello Kass,

    Yes it is due to the age of the account. If you are an adult and wanting to change the DOB,
    you have option to fill out the Age verification form.You
    cansubmit proof of age by filling out theAge verification Request.

    That's for age verification for using a Microsoft account. Changing the age of a Microsoft account does not change the age of an Xbox account.
