Age verification ID sent to Microsoft, no response, supportrequest errors

Hello,

I am trying to give my daughters right access to my laptop and XBox. Due to GDPR I have to prove that I am an adult. I do not have (or want) a debit/credit card, so I filled out the form with a copy of my driver license. The form
stated that within 3 days the parental consent would have been processed, but it takes longer. Could someone please process my request, as it blocks correct use of laptop and xbox for my family. Note: Every time I look on the status page of my support request,
the errormessage appears: "Hmmm…we seem to be experiencing technical difficulties, but we’re working on a solution right now. Please try again later."

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. If it has been 3 business days, then your form should have been processed. You may wish to try clearing the cache/cookies from your web browser to see if that makes a difference to the
message you receive when checking the status. You may also want to try accessing that page from a different browser or device to see if that also makes any change.

If you still receive the same message, then you may want to request a call back from Xbox Support as we here in the forums do not have the tools to take care of the request.
When you go to Contact Usto request a callback, follow these steps:

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
Step 2 ----Select See other options
Step 3 ----Select topic
Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

I was stopped at Game Pass for age confirmation. Game pass directed me to go account.xbox.com for verification. I loggin to account.xbox.com then it asked me put last 4 digit of the mobile phone number. After putting 4 digit it sent me with code to proceed to age confirmation.

Once i clicked age confirmation button, korean website popped up.

On reddit or on microsoft website, there have been multiple complaint of same happening.

I can tell you my microsoft ID, can you just confirm my details?

Thanks for getting back to us! Since you've mentioned that you've accidentally put the wrong year for the DOB on your Microsoft Account, it may actually require further age verification. What we have available is
to fill out the Age verification form.
You can submit proof of age by filling out the
Age verification Request.

After submitting this form, you’ll receive confirmation and follow-up emails. Instructions on how you can monitor the status of your request will be included. Please do not submit multiple requests. You can expect an email response within
3 days.
