Apologies for the late reply, I had to consult with co-workers to how complex this issue of yours is. So, the age verification process being triggered suggests that the date of birth registered in this account is incorrect. Basically, the account is treated as a child account due to the incorrect birthdate.

At this point, you need to update the date of birth of this account using the steps in the link below. This is the only way to get around this issue once and for all.

Hello,

The last time I accessed my account was today. I have no error upon logging into the account generally. The domain of the account is @gmail, and upon visiting the website linked I get all green checkmarks.

I just have been unable to log into Minecraft specifically using it as it asks me to verify age using a Korean phone number. I believe this issue is being caused by my Microsoft account accidentally being set to Korea upon creating it, however I changed it to the correct region (UK) and it is still occurring,

If an article or tool does not work for you it's possible that there's an underlying issue that we need to address first. 1) When was the last time you successfully logged-in to this account? I need an exact date or an estimate on the year it was last accessed.



2) What's the domain of this Microsoft account? I don't need the actual address. I just need to know if it's @Outlook.com or @Hotmail.com or @Live.com or @MSN.com.



3) Are you getting all green checkmarks when visiting the following website?

4) If you go to https://account.microsoft.com/ and attempt to log in to your account using the last password you remember for it, are you getting the error in the photo below? If you get something else, please provide us a photo of it. If you get something else, please provide us a photo of it. There are actually two different versions of this error message in the photo below, hence the necessity of an actual photo of what you see on your end.

You can select, "I do not have of these" if none is applicable then it will route you to recover the account. Follow the instructions exactly until you can make changes with your account like adding additional information where verification codes are sent.
