Age Restriction Questions

His account is the one that we created when turning on the Xbox . If we delete that will we loose everything we have like our 4 month pass? All the games ?

There are 3 other people signed into the Xbox already. ( all of Age ) I changed his age in his email account ( I’m guessing Xbox isn’t having it like u said ? )

Or should I just leave that account active and make a new email and sign him in as a new person that should give him access and leave the original account on the console

You should check the birthday on his account, if he did not set it correctly, and it is under the age of 18, it will not let him play those games. You cannot change your date of birth, after the fact.

The solution would be to make a new account with the proper age

I didn’t say you should delete the account, I said you should make a new account that has his proper age. As long as both accounts have the same home Xbox,, you will share those assets with the new account

No not really, I am mostly just like Fallout (mainly 1 and 2... the newer ones don't really combine with the real story). I am fascinated with the story of it, so I put a Brotherhood soldier with my signature. Too bad how most people fail to realize I don't
play games to be annoying but to just have fun. Also, thanks again Judge for being polite and mature for the situation/confusion I had with the EA problem. Thanks again.
