    Age restriction on Gamepass


    Hi,

    I am being restricted from downloading games on my Gamepass. Tried everything from changing my birth date on MS acc., reseting the xbox app on desktop>system>etc.., logging off and on to messing with all kinds of family setting in all possible MS/xbox account pages. It just wont work. Thank you for helping me on this.

    Hi Jan, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Just a friendly reminder though that there are multiple reports in regards to the same issue, it seems like there will be an outage with installing the game pass game on Xbox App.

    As a workaround, please try installing on Microsoft Store App itself.

    With this case, simply sign out and sign back in your account on the Xbox App. It will work.
