Age Resctriction preventing install

Simply sign out and sign back in on your Xbox App then try to install the game again.

Unless there are special resctrictions tied to a promotion which are usually clearly stated, you can stack up to 3 years of gamepass on an account (same goes for gold).

pc gamepass has different games to the console gamepass, some of the games on the console gamepass won't be available to the windows gamepass due to resctrictions or only being available on other stores like epic and steam.

Also, Changing your age won't help either. Once an age is set it's permanent. This is to prevent kids from changing their ages to bypass things.

There is no law against minors playing games not of their age. In the UK the BBFC classification for video games is to prevent the sale of such rated games to children under the ages of 15 and 18. It does not cover the prevention of playing such games however.
It is not illegal for a child in the UK to play an age restricted game.

Likewise it's not an offense to sell a game to an adult, even if it is clear that the game is going to a person under-age.
