    Hello all.

    I am trying to log into NBA 2k20 My career mode but it says, "your user account is under the age requirement, or has not been created" I have looked and tried several things I have seen but it is still not fixed. It should meet the age requirements as I'm
    over 35. This is annoying and I'm just trying to play NBA 2k20. If there is any ambassadors or moderators or anyone that could assist me with this that would help.

    Yes. To my knowledge it seems that the age requirement is 18+
