    Age problems with custom gamerpics


    Whenever I try and create a custom gamerpic it tells me "For custom images, you need to be older"

    I went into my microsoft account (I had put a random birthday) and updated it so the birthday was above 18, yet I still get the same error. Ive tried refreshing, logging in and out, etc, yet I still get the same error.

    Over 18 account, still can't change custom gamerpic

    The age of my Xbox account is over 18, but I cannot change to custom gamerpics.

    I'm having the same problem. I contacted xbox live support and they even confirmed that i had an adult account and that i was listed as 18 but im still getting the error message "people under 18 can't upload custom gamerpics". I just want to be able to upload
    custom gamerpics and I'm the right age to do so, yet I can't.

    Is the age on your account below 18? as you can not have a custom gamerpic if you have a child account. Also it can take a while for a custom gamerpic to show up. Try again and wait a little longer.

    If the DOB on your account is under the age of 18 you will not be able to use a custom gamerpic. There is no way to circumvent this rule as the age on an Xbox account is permanent.

    Changing the Gamerpic

    You must be at least 18 to have a custom gamerpic and changing your birthday will not change your age.

    Until the age of the account is 18 or over, they won't be able to use customized gamerpics. There are no settings that can be changed to allow that.
