    Age of empires -- Product Key Invalid


    Hello,

    I purchased Age of Empires III gold edition (AOE3 & War chiefs) along with the Asian Dynasties expansion over 5 years ago for my PC. I still have the games and would like to play them on my new computer. However, they are PC CD games and my surface book 2 doesn't
    have a CD drive. So, I went to my Steam account and tried to activate my product (all three) through them. Unfortunately, Steam keeps saying the product key is invalid... It will not let me install any of the AOE3 games. I know the codes are valid, I've played
    the games on my other laptop and I still have the physical CD & games case with the codes.

    Why am I having this issue and what can be done to correct it?

    From what I can tell, it is only sold through Steam or Gamestop - for online downloads.

    The Steam Key is diferent, the key you used in other device / Account before? I Have Steam Account a Long Time ( I Belive Over 15years) then try get the information were you buied the key

    Hi there. When you purchased the game, it would have sent you an email containing that code. Have you checked your junk/spam folders?
