Age of Empires IV Game Pass - 0x803F8001

Having previously been a Steam user I decided to trial Xbox on PC and Game Pass for AoE IV.

I consistently get the following error message when trying to play the game:

"Age of Empires IV is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Microsoft Store and try again. Here's the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001"

I have already tried the following the resolve the issue, can anyone recommend any other possible solutions?

Uninstalling and reinstalling the game

Uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox app

Logging out and back in of the Xbox app and Microsoft store

Installing another, free game through the Xbox app

Updating Windows

Disabling anti-virus (temporarily)

Updating graphics drivers

Resetting the Microsoft store

I progressed through your steps in sequence,

Following the Xbox App reset I received the same error code.

I then completed the Store Cache reset and again received the error code.

Kindly try the following and see if it addresses the issue.

✓ CLEAR CACHE:

a) Search Disk Cleanup on start up menu

Select your OS drive

Mark Temporary Files

Hit Clean up

Okay

b) Then search CMD and Run as Admin (right click on it to select admin permission)

Type

Ipconfig/flushDNS

Hit Enter

✓ Please sign out of the following and sign in back again.

Xbox app, EA desktop, MS store and PC

✓ RUN WINDOWS STORE TROUBLESHOOTER

Click on Start and select Settings.

Choose Update and security.

Click on Troubleshoot option.

Click Additional troubleshooters.

Scroll down and click on Windows Store Apps and click on Run the Troubleshooter.

The troubleshooter will scan the system for any problem related to the Windows Store and recommend fixes accordingly.

✓ RESET THE XBOX APP

Click Start and click Settings.

Select Apps

Select Apps & features.

Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options.

Click Reset.

Restart your device so that the changes can take effect. Sign in to the Xbox app and check if the same issue occurs.

✓ RESET WINDOWS STORE CACHE

Close store app

Press Windows Key+R to open run command

Type

WSreset.exe

And press Enter

Let the blank page process

Store will start automatically.

Thanks for the above, your suggestion from January 20th didn't resolve the issue however I have now logged out of all my work accounts AND removed my wife's account from my PC and the game now works - I'm hoping I'll be able to add the accounts back now that it is working as this isn't a viable long-term solution.
