Age of Empires IV error 0x803F8001

I purchased the game last night and played it as well.
Today when i try to launch it, i get this error message.
No changes has been made to the computer, it's the same account, same hardware, same everything.

The only thing i can think of, is that when i bought the game, about 5 minutes later, i got security warnings regarding syncronization on my microsoft account from literally everywhere in the world.
Brazil, France, India, Thailand, Germany, USA, you name it and had to change password, which i of course did.
And now i can't play the game i literally just bought.

If anyone has experienced anything similar to this, or have an idea on how to fix it, i'd appreciate some assistance.

Delete the game, after that log out of the Microsoft store app and Xbox app, then do this

Clear and reset Store cache in Windows

Step 1: Close Windows Store app if it’s running.

Step 2: In the Start menu search box, type WSReset (Windows Store Reset) to see Wsreset in the search results.

Step 3: Right-click on WSReset and then click Run as administrator option.

Step 4: restart Pc

Log back on both apps, remember that the email that has the subscription must log on the Microsoft store app (even if a different one is on the Xbox app)

These steps can help you, give it a try.
Check for updates on Windows Update, update everything including optional/additional updates.
1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app
2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app in the Windows menu, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset. Do this for the game too.
3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.
4. Open the Microsoft Store app, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner>downloads updates>get updates and update everything.
5. Restart your PC, log in to both apps and see if that solves the problem.
