Age of Empires IV Crashing

I haven't been able to play the game recently. I have tried to uninstall the game, repair the game using the settings for apps, I have tried moving it and have yet to get it past the blue loading screen with the gold loading screen in the bottom left corner. Any got any suggestions on how to get that game to launch. Every other game I have installed through xbox game pass and they work just fine the only game that does not launch properly is Age of Empires 4

First you'll need to uninstall the Xbox app. Afterwards, try this;

- Windows Key+X > Click Settings > Click Update & security > Click Troubleshoot > Scroll down to the bottom > Click Windows Store Apps > Click Run the Troubleshooter

- Restore the store settings:

a) Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run window.

b) Type wsreset.exe and press the Enter key to execute the command.

- Wait for the process to finish, restart your computer, reinstall the app and try again and see if it works.

Run a scan to check for problems and repair them.

Press Windows + R, type cmd, and press Ctrl + Shift + Enter to run Command Prompt as administrator. Next type sfc /scannow in Command Prompt window, and press Enter to start to scan and repair corrupt system files in Windows 10.

But why would I need to uninstall the app the app works fine its just one game that doesn't work.... How can the store be the issue if just one game does not work. Wouldn't the issue be with the game not the store?

Maybe they are waiting for the new age of empires iv to release that on xbox
