    Age of Empires IV 4K Cinematics Not Playing


    Hello,

    Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I can't find anything about this issue anywhere.

    Basically, when the 4k HDR Video Pack is enabled on the video settings in the game, the cinematics are not playing, all I get is a black screen.

    If I switchf from 4K to regular, the cinematics play just fine. Any idea how to fix this?

    It's a known issue and the developer is investing in the issue. They should fix the problem soon.

    I want to install a game WITHOUT the DLC but i don't see this option in the microsoft store

    On Xbox App, the base game file size is 86.21GB while the free Age of Empires IV: 4K HDR Video Pack is 132.44GB.
