    Age Of Empires III replacement disk...


    Hello,

    I wanted to open a "Chat with Microsoft" but the required fields [FIRST NAME and LAST NAME] are greyed out and so I can not submit my question. What"s that about?!

    Anyhow, can anyone help. I have Age of Empires III but unfortunately the Disk 1 is damaged and I can no longer load and therefore play the game. Is there a way that I can get a replacement disk from MS? Anyone know who I can contact to try and get this?

    Age of Empires III gone

    It was a year or two ago that I came accross an offer on gamesforwindows.com

    They were selling Age of Empires III with it's expansions for 10p

    I've recently had to format my pc, and when I searched for gamesforwindows.com it diverted me to this site.

    I signed in with the same email and password as I had when I bought it on gamesforwindows.com, navigated to age of empires III, but found no options other than purchase, which would cost £27.

    I would like to know what I have to do to reclaim my original purchase.

    Hello,

    I have the exact same issue that Zackwell reported.

    I am able to see the transaction details in the billing history page but it gives me no access to the Product Key or any way to install it.

    I've tried chat support and phone support to both xbox and windows (the ones they gave me in support) but to no avail, nothing yet...

    The purchase was for a Windows game and I think the serial keys are now eligible to install the updated Steam version of the games.

    do you mean you want to buy another copy, or you just want them to send you another disc for free? i have never heard of them, or any store, replacing scratched discs unless you just bought it and it was already like that, (or have some sort of protection
    plan). this is quite an old game, so MS possibly doesn't even have any stock of that left. if you just bought it, you'd have to return it to the store you got it from. if it's a purchase from a while ago, you'd have to just buy another copy.

    looks like you can buy a used disc for about $15 online from various stores.

    Yeah, was hoping to get another replacement disc for free as the others are OK, it's just the one that is now unusable. Seems a tad off that I would have to purchase a full set again when it's just the one that is scratched. Was hoping I'd be able to provide
    the key and get the one disc from MS. I mean not as if they are providing the complete game for free, I would have to have the other discs in order to play the game.

    I would like to clarify, did you purchase the game through Microsoft Store? If yes, kindly make sure that you're signed in under the account where the game was purchased.

    Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, locate the game and make sure that the status is "completed". Once confirmed, sign out on your Microsoft Store App as well as your Xbox App, and then quit both apps before signing back in under the correct Microsoft account.
