    Age of Empires III - Continued password issues


    For close to two months I have tried retrieving my password for this game only to have every method have issues.

    1. I've tried in game through the lost password option

    2. I've tried from the ESO website through the lost password section

    3. I've tried emailing the *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** email - by the way your second link directs users to a 404 page

    4. I've posted on the Age of Empires III forum

    5. I've contacted one of the users that allegedly assists users (BarbarossaBlade on 6th February 2016)

    6. I've contacted Microsoft support (Mikhaela M.) without success

    For the love of god, all I want is a password reset, who's first born do I need to sacrifice in order for this to occur?

    Age of Empires III gone

    It was a year or two ago that I came accross an offer on gamesforwindows.com

    They were selling Age of Empires III with it's expansions for 10p

    I've recently had to format my pc, and when I searched for gamesforwindows.com it diverted me to this site.

    I signed in with the same email and password as I had when I bought it on gamesforwindows.com, navigated to age of empires III, but found no options other than purchase, which would cost £27.

    I would like to know what I have to do to reclaim my original purchase.

    I sent emails to the above-named addresses (no response since 3 weeks), contected the telephone Support and xbox Chat.

    Is there a way to get support for this game?

    I would like to clarify, did you purchase the game through Microsoft Store? If yes, kindly make sure that you're signed in under the account where the game was purchased.

    Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, locate the game and make sure that the status is "completed". Once confirmed, sign out on your Microsoft Store App as well as your Xbox App, and then quit both apps before signing back in under the correct Microsoft account.
