    AGE OF EMPIRES III - COMPLETE COLLECTION - ERROR 101


    Hello, a few years ago, I bought Age of Empires III but only the initial game and not the extensions. So I created an ESO account with this game.

    However, recently, I purchased Age of Empires III - Complete Collection with the initial game and the two extansions. So I installed both extansions in addition to my initial game that I already had. When I wanted to create another ESO account with the new
    keys, it did not work, showing Error 101.

    Age of Empires III gone

    It was a year or two ago that I came accross an offer on gamesforwindows.com

    They were selling Age of Empires III with it's expansions for 10p

    I've recently had to format my pc, and when I searched for gamesforwindows.com it diverted me to this site.

    I signed in with the same email and password as I had when I bought it on gamesforwindows.com, navigated to age of empires III, but found no options other than purchase, which would cost £27.

    I would like to know what I have to do to reclaim my original purchase.

    Hello,

    I have the exact same issue that Zackwell reported.

    I am able to see the transaction details in the billing history page but it gives me no access to the Product Key or any way to install it.

    I've tried chat support and phone support to both xbox and windows (the ones they gave me in support) but to no avail, nothing yet...

    The purchase was for a Windows game and I think the serial keys are now eligible to install the updated Steam version of the games.

    I just use my phone as a router Wi-Fi, probably i had a problem with IP address using the home router.

    The system information you've provided doesn't give us a lot to go on. I'm assuming this is a laptop, correct? Can you please provide a make and model of your computer and perhaps year of purchase?
