    Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition - Not downloading/installing

    The item was not delivered to me and the game doesn’t install on my PC.

    I tried to get a refund via Microsoft, but I have to create a XBOX account to do so. I don't want to create a XBOX account. I don't have a XBOX.

    I tried getting a refund via PayPal. They report that the software was installed. It wasn't.

    Any attempts to contact Microsoft are met with a wall of 'Help' pages that don't help.

    So where from here?

    Yes i am downloading it on F: but it also does not work on C: drive. The game name is Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition.

    Please sign out on your Xbox App and then sign back in, after that search "Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition - Lords of the West" then check if you have an option to install it.

    It's the Xbox App but if you're on Microsoft Store App you can simply go to "Library" and click on "Games"

    Or you can search Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition - Lords of the West and once you're on the said page click on Age of Empires II: Deluxe Definitive Edition Bundle, scroll down and you should see "In this bundle", click on it and install.
