    "Last year, I bought the new Surface Pro 11. During the pandemic, I had purchased Age of Empires II DE but never installed it on my old PC, so I installed it on the Surface Pro 11. The game was running really well, but suddenly it stopped working. I uninstalled it to reinstall it, but the Microsoft Store shows me a message saying that it's incompatible with my Surface. Does anyone know how to fix that?"

    El año anterior compre la nueva surface pro 11, en pandemia había comprado el Age of empires II DE pero nunca lo instale en mi antigua pc, así que lo instale en la surface pro 11, el juego corría super bien, pero de un momento a otro dejo de funcionar, lo desinstale para volver a instalarlo pero en la tienda de Microsoft me aparece un mensaje que dice que es incompatible con mi surface. Alguien sabe como arreglar eso?

    Hi DANIEL,

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you want to play Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition on your Surface Pro 11.

    Your laptop uses a Snapdragon processor which is an ARM architecture. As of this moment, the game is only compatible with x64 processors like AMD or Intel.

    Since ARM in laptops are fairly new, games that supports these processors are still limited.

    I hope this clears out any confusion that you may had and directly answered your question.
