Age of Empires Definitive Edition hangs on home screen

Age of Empires Definitive Edition Gentlemen (translator),

First of all I want to say that I am a fan of this game, but I am having problems in this version.

He was playing normally in the last few months, but this week he decided to lock in the initial screen of the game (menu and background music running).

You can not click the menu buttons.

The Multiplayer button appears to be disabled.

In an unstable way now recognizes my Xbox user and sometimes not, it seems that hangs in the limit of recognition.

If he gets caught with the music playing in the background, there comes a time when he closes alone.

I have already reinstalled the game, cleaned the temporary, deactivated services and nothing.

On the computer prerequisite, only the memory is not enough ... I have 8GB instead of the 16GB requested, however the game was running perfectly without slow, I think the fact that my HD is hybrid (with 8GB of SSD) I think it makes up the difference.

Senhores,

Primeiramente quero dizer que sou fã deste jogo, porém estou tendo problemas nesta versão.

Estava jogando normalmente nos últimos meses, mas esta semana resolveu travar na tela inicial do jogo (menu e a música de fundo rodando).

Não é possível clicar nos botões do menu.

O botão Multijogador parece ficar desabilitado.

De forma instável ora reconhece o meu user do Xbox e ora não, parece que trava no limite do reconhecimento.

Se deixar ele travado com a música tocando no fundo, chega um momento que ele fecha sozinho.

Já reinstalei o jogo, já limpei o temporário, já desativei serviços e nada.

Sobre o pré-requisito do computador, somente a memória não é suficiente... tenho 8GB ao invés dos 16GB solicitado, porém o jogo estava rodando perfeitamente sem lentidão, acho que o fato do meu HD ser híbrido (com 8GB de SSD), creio que compense
a diferença.

Preciso do socorro de vocês! : )
