    You may have a corrupted download. I would definitely delete the cache data as mentioned and also the MAC address too

    To clear the MAC address just go to your network settings, click advanced network settings, alternate MAC address, select clear, then reset. Your console will restart at that point.

    You may also want to try reinstalling the game as well.
